<p>We human beings can all learn telepathy. Telepathy translates into sensing/transmitting feelings at a distance, and/or doing so without using the five physical senses and without using words. In other words, this is mind-to-mind communication that can often be exchanged instantly even over vast distances.</p>
<p>If you believe that you cannot learn telepathy, think again. You&#8217;ve probably already had some kind of telepathic experience yet did not realize it was happening or didn&#8217;t interpret it as being telepathic. For instance, you&#8217;ve likely had the experience of suddenly thinking about someone that you haven&#8217;t spoken to, maybe not even thought of until that moment, for a long time; then, later on that day or the day after, you receive a telephone call, e-mail, or letter from that very person.</p>
<p>What was going on there is that one or both of you telepathically contacted the other. During that contact, emotions were transmitted, ranging from wonder to affection, and they were received by the other person.</p>
<p>This telepathic contact sparked them to contact you verbally. Maybe you thought of them first, and they received your feelings and were prompted to contact you. Or, maybe they signaled to you, your thoughts of them were return signals (without you realizing it) and that gave them the go-ahead to make further contact. And it could have been that they were preparing to contact you and you telepathically perceived it before they actually did the action.</p>
<p>Most people have reasons that they believe they can&#8217;t learn telepathy. Some people have religious beliefs that tell them telepathy is a form of sorcery, or related to the devil. Because of this, these people will suppress any telepathic experiences they have, and will never try to expand their abilities. Many people have been told that telepathy is just superstition, due to the lack of scientific evidence available.</p>
<p>One real barrier that people find when learning telepathy is believing a particular myth. This idea is that regular, spoken language is less important or useful than telepathy, that&#8217;s it&#8217;s inferior. Some people think that as our telepathic abilities decayed over time, we were forced to learn speech. This isn&#8217;t any more true than the belief that telepathy is a product of Satan. Words and telepathy can go together just like the words to a song go with the music.</p>
<p>In that analogy, the lyrics would be spoken words and the music would be telepathy. Each one enhances the other. Words are needed to clarify and more sharply define the telepathic feelings. This was why words were developed in the first place. Unfortunately, it clearly appears to be the case that over a long period of time people became so dependent on language that they came to neglect their development of telepathic communication.</p>
<p>Are you interested in telepathy now? Want to open up the doors of perception and be closer to other people than you&#8217;ve ever been before? Learning telepathy is much easier than it sounds to people who&#8217;ve never done it before. Just like everything else, it takes practice.</p>
<p>The first thing you&#8217;ll want to do is find an appropriate partner. Try to find someone you&#8217;ve been friends with for a long time and who&#8217;s also open minded about the possibility of telepathic contact. Look for a person who also really wants to learn how to contact other people&#8217;s minds. Positive reinforcement is vital when you&#8217;re first starting out.</p>
<p>Next, you and your partner must separate from each other at least enough to where you can&#8217;t physically see each other. You also need to both relax as much as you possibly can. As with most things, being all tensed up will interfere and negatively impact your performance. Clear your minds of any stresses, worries about things, etc. Have a method of getting in touch with each other in the usual way available, such as a telephone.</p>
<p>Decide who&#8217;ll go first, then visualize the other person as clearly as you can in your mind. Alternate who is doing this, and imagine a connection between you. This connection can take many forms, but a string of light or something similar are very common images.</p>
<p>Now you&#8217;ll need to send your thoughts about a particular subject over that thread, as though they were part of a phone call or an Internet transmission. Start with something simple and clear, like a photograph you can see, or something that&#8217;s been on your mind. It should be something the other person can&#8217;t easily guess without contact.</p>
<p>When you feel (literally) that you&#8217;ve completed this telepathic transmission, contact the partner by cellphone, etc, and ask them what if anything they saw in their mind. Once you&#8217;ve compared notes, it&#8217;s the partner&#8217;s turn to telepathically send to you.</p>
<p>When you&#8217;re starting out, if you don&#8217;t feel like you&#8217;re able to make a transmission after fifteen minutes or so, take a break. Keep early attempts simple and brief so you&#8217;re not tired or frustrated. Negativity doesn&#8217;t help.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re interested in learning telepathy, positive energy is one of the most important things. Don&#8217;t give up until you begin to see results, and you&#8217;ll find a whole new world opening up in front of you.</p>

<p>Self image is what helps puts ideas in our mind with regard to our personality and other qualities. It is self image which we use to regard ourselves with. If you have a more positive self image then you will have more self esteem.</p>
<p>If you have low self image then this will affect your life quite considerable. Some people with such low self image feel completely worthless. However, by thinking about the qualities in oneself that are good one can actually boost one&#8217;s self image. It is these qualities that tend to make a person stronger and help them in changing their self image automatically.</p>
<p>To boost one&#8217;s self image there are certain things that one can do.</p>
<p>1. It is a good idea to find those situations which are causing you problems and affecting your self image. There may be areas of your personality which are weak, but which you can change if you are willing to make the effort.</p>
<p>If you can change these areas of your personality and add a new self to your life then this will help in boosting your self image. Weaknesses are part of who we are and we need to know how to deal with our weak points so that we can then turn them into stronger ones.</p>
<p>2. Sometimes thoughts will appear in our minds with regard to a certain situation or person that leads us to have a low self image. It may be that you feel someone is better able to do something than you. With this not only will you feel nervous but will lead you to having doubts about what you are capable of doing.</p>
<p>You can try to observe what these thoughts are. For example, sometimes when we talk to ourselves these can have negative connotations which will lead to a decrease in your self image. </p>
<p>3. Low self image can result in unwanted reactions in a person of a physical, behavioral or emotional nature. Such reactions that can be associated with low self image are a problem with your appetite, anger issues or headaches. If you can to avoid such problems you need to avoid having negative thoughts about yourself.</p>
<p>Try and spend some time on working out what your thought patterns are. If the thoughts are more positive rather than negative these will not only be more logical but more worthy of retaining. However, our minds work in mysterious ways so not all our thoughts will flow in direction that is correct.</p>
<p>If you are someone who criticizes everything that you do then you will soon begin to development low self image feelings. It is crucial that you should try and feel good about yourself all the time. Not only will you feel the effect of these positive vibes but those around you will as well.</p>
<p>We are all unique and each have qualities that no one else will have. So you need to learn how not only to respect yourself but these qualities that you have, and you will be able to increase your self image quite a lot. If your self image is healthy not only will you be able to deal with certain problems but find it easier to overcome difficult situations.</p>
<p>A person may also develop an inferiority complex if they persistently have a low self image. This type of complex is something which should be avoided as it can affect their personality in very drastic ways. Your self-image is reflected in your personality and each of the actions that you do. So you need to remember to keep your self image intact. </p>
<p>As well as your self image, your beliefs can play an important role in the shaping of your life. From childhood we constantly have certain values instilled into us which help to form the beliefs we have. These beliefs sometimes reflect the thought patterns of our parents or the society in which we live. </p>
<p>As we grow up and become more exposed to the outside world so our beliefs may change. It is these beliefs which will help to shape our deepest wishes and thoughts. Sometimes the beliefs that are important to use may well form the basis for somebody else&#8217;s beliefs. The strongest belief we have is in the believe and trust we have in those that we love and trying to break this belief can prove very difficult indeed.</p>
<p>But be aware that some of the beliefs you may have are contradictory to others and these may alter the way your life, causing hurdles to be put in your way. Therefore, it will be necessary to change some of these beliefs if you wish to lead a happy and satisfied life. Self belief is what also forms an integral part of your beliefs. If you have faith and believe in yourself then you can develop a better self image. </p>
<p>It is important that when replacing old beliefs with you new ones to clear a new path in your life that you do so as quickly as possible. Also make sure that these beliefs are ones that you truly believe in and aren&#8217;t the beliefs or thoughts of someone else.</p>
<p>We all have a belief system and this will impact greatly on the decisions we make and our actions. Such beliefs are very powerful and will also affect our surroundings. Many of will fight for our beliefs and tend to dislike it when others try to influence the opinions that we have.</p>
<p>When developing strong beliefs with regard to a certain subject they should be done in relation to the values we hold dear. You can make your beliefs stronger or weaker but this is dependent upon how important, accurate and worthy they are. If you want to alter the way you think about your life in order to lead a better one you need to learn how important self image and beliefs are.</p>
