Do You Have Hair Loss? Is Vitamin Deficiency Causing It?

However simply increasing the supply of essential nutrients through dietary improvements does not alter the fact that DHT restricts the ability of hair follicles to take up those nutrients.

If male pattern baldness is causing your thinning hair improving your diet will not reverse this, though it may slow down.

As well as improving the nutrients available to the hair it is essential to improve the ability of the hair to take up those nutrients.
