Most companies will not take anything that is unsolicited and you will be wasting time and money by sending things out this way. It may work differently in the movies, but this is real life and this is how you have to go about it.
There is quite a bit of work in trying to get a classical music record deal, but anything worth having is worth putting some effort into. If you are truly talented, all of the hard work you put into creating a sellable product (you and your music) will come to fruition in the way of a signed contract.
